We probably need more info -- like who you're targeting or whatever, and league settings...
Generally speaking - grandy is worth a lot, and utley isn't at this point. In a normal-sized league, granderson would be one of the top CFers available, and thus should get you a big haul. Utley is at best an avg. 2B at this point, and a big injury concern to boot.

All I can say is Grandy has high value and could net you a top 10 pick if you deal with the right owner. Utley is avg right now and won't net you much.
please help

You should be able to move Granderson, no problem, regardless of contract or draft round attached to him. Utley? Not so much. But if you can find the right manager, you might be able to get something for him.

Roster? you need a 3b/SS?
I'd shoot for a package of Longoria and Andrus for those two if your looking to fill a thin position or maybe one of McCann and Jose Reyes etc.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!
