I am in a 20 team h2h dynasty league. This is the 4th year I am in this league. I think I have a pretty solid squad but I am open to shaking things up this year. By the looks of my team, where do I need improvement? Is there anyone on my team I should try to move?

You have a good team, from the looks of it. Top heavy, but good. You have perhaps the best dynasty hitter and best dynasty pitcher in J. Upton and C. Kershaw.
You also have 3 top 10 redraft picks in M-Cab, Longoria, and Bautista. So that's nice.
Your SP depth falls off pretty fast but that's going to be true of pretty much every team in a 20 team league.
The thing I'd focus on is improving your UTL spots. Wells and Sands are borderline even in that big a league.
See if you can deal for Brett myers on the cheap he was just named the astros closer and has some pretty dead end value. Anything at all available in FA?
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!
Since my team could use more depth, would it be wise to possibly move Bautista. I'm thinking of trading Bautista and arencibia for uggla zorbrist posey. How is that move.

It's not bad, but i wouldn't do it.
