yeah, to pile on and reiterate what everyone else has said, if all things are equal cargo is very likely the way to go.

the only thing i could think of where you'd be tempted to make the trade is if there's some sort of yearly-limit to how long you can hold a keeper, and you'd be able to have stanton longer than cargo. otherwise, yeah, pretty much you're just looking for a reason to possibly outthink yourself here.

I'll go against the grain, not that it's going to change your opinion...I would take Stanton.

I see him turning into the premier power hitter of the next 10+ years and he will have huge RBI numbers to boot. With Hanley and Reyes in front of him and Sanchez behind him, he is in a perfect spot to just get tons of opportunities.

His avg won't be great, but I would bet a lot of money on him leading the league in HRs and RBIS multiple times in the next 10 years.

I'm with the majority on this one -- I'd keep cargo. It does depend somewhat on the rest of your roster though I suppose. Maybe you can get the other guy to sweeten the pot since cargo is the more proven commodity.
