3B H. Blalock (Tex - 3B)
SS K. Matsui (NYM - SS)
OF V. Wells (Tor - CF)
OF B. Giles (SD - LF,CF)
OF P. Nevin (SD - 1B,RF)
Util D. Lee (ChC - 1B)

your offense isnt bad by any means ;-D . maybe u cud trade for someone whos less of an injury risk than Nevin but thats about it unless you wanna get real picky.

Pick up Durham and dump Polanco. Totally agreed. Also, you have 4 closers... maybe you could pick the one you think will be least successful *cough* JULIO *cough* and try to trade him off on someone who need help in the Saves category.

Good luck.

Would Hudson and Julio for Schilling be a good trade for me?

2B is definitely your most glaring weak spot. I wouldn't consider SS anything close to a sure thing, either, though. Matsui seems to be having a rough time adjusting, and Reyes will likely start the season on the DL. Picking up Durham for Polanco will definitely help. If you can upgrade your SS too, though, you'll really be in good shape.

Nevin in RF would normally be a red flag, but the rest of your lineup is probably going to be strong enough to live with him. Just watch his health carefully.

Hudson and Julio for Schilling? I'd do that. Scope out the FA pool and see if you can get a solid backup RF in case Nevin goes down.

On the whole, though, it's a pretty strong lineup as is.
