2B is definitely your most glaring weak spot. I wouldn't consider SS anything close to a sure thing, either, though. Matsui seems to be having a rough time adjusting, and Reyes will likely start the season on the DL. Picking up Durham for Polanco will definitely help. If you can upgrade your SS too, though, you'll really be in good shape.
Nevin in RF would normally be a red flag, but the rest of your lineup is probably going to be strong enough to live with him. Just watch his health carefully.
Hudson and Julio for Schilling? I'd do that. Scope out the FA pool and see if you can get a solid backup RF in case Nevin goes down.
On the whole, though, it's a pretty strong lineup as is.
