I could just print a hardcopy if I am going to use that. I was hoping there would be a draft tracking application of some sort around that would keep team rosters, track data during the draft and such... I suppose I could manipulate a spreadsheet to do some of the tracking functions.

That's exactly what I'm referring to. An application is just a pretty GUI built on top of a database - you can get there with Excel (or equivalent). I've seen two threads this year talking about spreadsheets already done, I used another one last year that was good ("Draft Tracker", search these forums for it - don't know if there's a 2012 one), Razzball has one, I'm working on one but it won't be ready for a couple of weeks.

I'm using this one just because it looked the easiest and conforms to league settings which is helpful in a couple leagues. The projections aren't half bad either.
