My rotation so far consists of: Cliff Lee Yu Darvish Ubaldo Jiminez Doug Fister Clay Buchholz
My picks are coming back around....they will be right at the 230th pick or so. I'm gonna take Capps with one of them to give me my 3rd closer, but I want to keep piling up SP with the other as my offense if rounded out. So how do you rank these choices?
Colby Lewis Vance Worley Wandy Rodriguez Johan Santana Jonathan Sanchez Ryan Vogelsong

How does Wandy not matter? Wandy easily for me.
I agree. Wandy Rodriguez is far better on paper than those other guys and a very solid pick here.
That said, even for H2h that looks like a pretty weak starting staff imo as outside of Cliff Lee, they are all mid round selections at best and one is banking on an unproven Japanese pitcher, Jimenez to not stink like he has the past 1.5 years and Buchholz to be healthy and perform. Very risky imo. It might pay off big, but it could also get you what you paid for it.
Since this is a H2H league with Holds....I'd pass on all of those guys (and Capps too for that matter).
Instead, look to grab some elite non-closer RP's. Uehara, Romo, Benoit, Marshall, etc... They'll not only get you Holds, but a good number of K's and they won't destroy your ratios like any of those SP could in a given week.
@ SecretAgentMan I'm in 2 H2H leagues and always use the same tactics when drafting...hitting first. I won both leagues last year. The great thing about H2H is that in a league with Holds and Saves, your starters only account for 4 categories, and 2 of them you can usually win with quantity. I usually throw as many starters up as I can, keeping one slot open for spot starters.
Meanwhile while others are drafting closers I'm getting offense so I have a team with Braun, Votto, Konerko, Uggla, Choo, Werth, Arod, Weiters, Beltran, and Jeter.
And I know...my lineup is veteran heavy and relying on some bouncebacks...but I'm going with what works for me. The guy who took Heyward last year over Konerko lost to me in the playoffs
