Need help with Auction Keeper League Contracts

First here are the league specs:

HEAD TO HEAD Auction Keeper League
6x6 - w/ OPS and Holds
$300 Salary Cap
Once a contract expires you can re-sign the player for 1.5x salary
Buyouts cost 1/2 a player's TOTAL contract value
Contracts can be from 1-5 years

Hey all...i'm coming off of a league championship last year (and a $400 prize)...and I need some help with doling out my contracts.

Here is my roster along with their dollar values and how long they are signed through (if they currently have contracts). In red are are the contracts I need to designate this year and what I am tentatively planning to do. Please comment and if you see any glaring mistakes or have suggestions please let me know. I've also put some comments where I feel they are necessary. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

are those prices what they would resign at? i.e. Beltran is $13 to resign, or 13*1.5 so $20 ?

Sorry for any confusion....those are the prices they will be signed to during the length of these contracts. I wanted to mention that resigns were 1.5x just to give an overall picture.

off the top of my head,

if there are no limits on years, I would max out Wainwright
Johnson seems risky. We know what he's capable of, when healthy, but that's a $30 gamble
Perez at $17 seems high, but I'm comparing it to Rivera at $21. If it's in line with the other mid-low tiers of closers, then go for it.
And if Motte can hold the job, why not max him out? If he someone loses it, it's a minimal loss to you

I agree with most but Nova does nothing for me and Robertson is a $1 player for this yr with a possible closer position for 13' and beyond, but you never know what NYY will do. I am guessing with unlimited keepers that Matt Holliday will end up going for $36 if you toss him back because everyone has extra $$ to spend, so maybe a yes on him as well. Johnson, same thought, little if any value but may cost you $5 in your format.
