Consider this list everyone else can go bye bye. Personally I tossed out the first few (Harang and what not becaue I just don't believe in him anymore) I'd go with a younger option with upside (Parker, Arrieta, Hughes, Minor) or a solid vet with upside (Bedard) or a rock solid steady vet (Westy)

Bedard PIT
Norris HOU
Chen KC
Minor ATL
Westbrook STL
Volquez SD
Harrison TEX
Parker OAK
Arrieta BAL
Porcello DET
Hughes NYY

These are probably the 8 that I like best. They're all worth flyers at the back end of the draft.

I missed Norris. I would add him and drop Britton from the list.

All of these guys could end up absolutely terrible, but here's the few with potential to be helpful...

Norris HOU
Hochevar KC
Bailey CIN
Richard SD -- I will start him at Petco without hesitation
Dickey NYM
Baker MIN
Bedard PIT
Paulino KC
