H2H Keeper League Team

In a 12 team H2H 6x6 keeper league where SLG, OBP and Holds count (AVG doesn't count). This team has won 3 out of the last 4 years, but I was wondering if anyone has any advice as to where to upgrade, who to deal. Please note the PL position players are more or less bench players or minor leaguers called up last year....
