Best site to start or join a keeper/dynasty league

I'm by no means new to fantasy baseball, but I am sick of only playing with my friends because they we can hardly ever find 10-12 people who will stick with a team in a keeper league. I've been in 3-4 keeper leagues now and only one has made it past 3 years and I'm pretty tired of it. While I am once again trying to compile 9 other people to start a dynasty league I am also looking into sites that host public keeper/dynasty leagues. What I am wondering is whether there are any sites that run reliable leagues that won't die and will have good competition. The one that seemed to fit the bill best was the Triple Play Fantasy Sports leagues, which run basically the exact format I would want(roto, 23 starters, minors etc.). Anyone have any input?

I am also wondering what the best site for starting a league would be. I would be commissioner and really want something that has minor leagues available. CBS sportsline seems to be the best I've found, but I was wondering if there are any equal free options.

I've always had good luck running leagues like that through ESPN and playing with strangers (or one or two friends who are committed). As a LM you just gotta be proactive in replacing lazy owners and stay on top of all league matters. After that you'll slowly build a core of good owners to go many years into the future with. Just stick with it.
