In our new 5 x 5 league started this year, commishioners announced a rule (1) game into this year.

If you drop a player by accident you have 30 minutes to notify the commishoners that a mistake was made so they could fix it and maintain the integrity of the league.

Some said this was ammounting to changing the rules and the commishioners were trying to alter rules to win, one guy even quit.

Others feel its ok but are concerned.

Where do you fall on this issue? :-?

i think you should make sure you want to drop a player, before you click "DROP"...rules like that are bullshit...

Yes, i am against any rule change taking place after the league's draft, especially if the commissioner doesnt get the league's thoughts on it first (though that should apply to any rule change ever).

Was there a problem with this already in the league? If yes, then the rule should certainly NOT be changed from whatever the rule was prior to now. If this wasn't a problem, then the league should have voted on it before it got changed. Just my opinion. ;-)

I actually like the rule, but you can't change the rules after the draft, let alone after the season starts
