Kaz is probably the best guy to trade before the season starts. He's very highly touted, and could be a huge disappointment. I can't think of anybody else off the top of my head, other than guys who'll get injured, like JD Drew.

Don't trade Webb. He is going to be nasty this year. He was unhittable in the spring until he had his blister issue. Got it cleared up and had a solid outing his last time out. You'll regret trading him.
My feelings on Kaz are that he will end up being a great fanatsy ss, but he will not be of much use for the first month or two. If you can improve your team and have another good ss, I'd trade him. However, not sure of his value right now. People probabky want to see how he performs before they give anything worthwhile.
Payton is under-rated, if anything. With his injury and the fact he's leaving Coors, many people are avoiding him. But last year, if you only consider his away games, he hit .280, with 30 HR, 80 R, and 80 RBI. People are expecting a lot worse, so I'd say he's under-rated.

I would put Dontrelle Willis on the trading block if you can.
So many people are so hyped up about him, that they don't even realize that his post-All Star Game numbers last year actually blew chunks. There is a reason he wasn't even in the postseason rotation. But for some reason, he keeps getting drafted ahead of much better pitchers this year.
