I don't see anyone that is terribly old aside from maybe Tex ... and that's a stretch. I think you're fine, though if you can get an upgrade with a combination of two of your outfielders it might be a good move. Go with these:

I think those nine are pretty sure-fire picks. the last spot comes down to montero, kendrick, and butler and you can make an argument for any of them. have montero ranked the highest so i'm gonna go with him. i'd be ok with kendrick too, but i don't really like using your second UTIL slot on Butler so i'd probably avoid him.

I wouldn't have a problem if you kept Hart over Montero either..

I would be ok with this. I may choose to let Adam Jones walk and keep Montero or Romero since you only need to start 3 OF. I like to leave my options open as it seems fairly easy to steal a nice OF option later.
