I'd say that Ramos is a definitely a keeper, Marcum is most likely a keeper, and Utley and Melky are close to being keepers. I'd pass on the others.

Unless you have to keep 7. Marcum is close but he doesn't stay healthy and I would rather use that $16 on something that is more stable.
