I'm in a 13 team auction keeper roto league and my pitching is pretty thin (Hudson and Colby are my only two P's that are worth considering to keep. I really like Hosmer, but that's who the other owner wants. Thinking of offering Morse or Hart instead. Thoughts? WHIR!
Depends on their prices. I'd rank them Hosmer>Morse>Hart, but that could all change depending on how much they cost. If the guy wants Hosmer, I kinda doubt he'd take either of the others.
You can try offering Morse or Hart, but if I had Sabathia that wouldn't get it done. I'm actually not even sure both would get it done, considering I'd have to ditch a possible keeper for the extra player. If I was the Sabathia owner I'd consider your dismal pitcher situation and hold out for Hosmer.

Oh, well that changes things. Sabathia being that pricey certainly brings down his asking price. I'd offer Hart first but that's probably not getting it done. Depending on how he feels about Morse's track record, that might do it especially considering the prices.
I'd prefer any of those guys at those prices to Sabathia at $33. Is the pitching available in the draft really so bad that you have to make a trade like this?

Agreed. I would rather keep the guys you have a piece a pitching staff together through auction than take on the $33 contract of CC especially if you have to one of those contracts.
