I think hes gonna be huge for roto leagues - vulturing wins and saves all yr with sick %s and k/9.
No doubt, Cornbread.
Me too. I like(d) Donnelly for the same reasons, except now he's kind of a wait and see with his shnoz(sp?) probs.
Marte has the added bonus of likely taking over Koch's job, at least that's what many seem to think.
Worrell doesn't have a great K/9 or great ratio's, like a lot of holds guys do. For that reason I definately wouldn't call him elite. He was better in 2002 than he was last year but nobody considered him a top RP back in 2002. Why now? He won't be getting saves, he's just another mediocre fantasy relief pitcher. There are tons of better options.
"Jack, will you call me, if you're able?"
"I've got your phone number written, in the back of my Bible."
Only way Worrell has value again is if Billy Wagner goes down for a long time. Even then, I'm not sure Philly would turn to Worrell for closer duties. I don't expect Worrell to get drafted in most leagues unless you are in a crazy league that counts holds.

Post your link, I will answer yours to the best of my knowledge.
Quantrill is a great middle reliever for holds. He's averaged 31.5 holds a season with a 2.23 era over the past couple years. His strikeout rate isn't outstanding, but the era and amount of holds he'll probably get in New York make him one of the better middle relievers in a holds league.
Quantrill had all those holds as LA's primary setup man for Eric Gagne. Now he's sharing setup duties with Flash Gordon. If they use Quantrill as their 8th inning guy all the time, he'll still get the saves, but Gordon is pretty good and I wouldn't count him out.

That's not exactly true. Quantrill had 28 holds last year. Tom Martin also had 28 holds last year, so I don't think you can call him Gagne's primary setup man. He also had 27 one year in Toronto. Look at Houston, Dotel had 33 and Lidge had 28 holds last year. I think the key is that several holds can be registered in a game, while only 1 save can be.
