12-team H2H POINTS league. We count everything basically. We keep 10 major leaguers (doesn't matter where we drafted them) and our 2 minor leaguers at the end of the year (so no choice there...for me its Montero and Jennings). The league is pretty well balanced but does favor good pitching a bit more than good hitting imo, especially since we can use our bench for hitting but not for pitching. I finished first in points and won the playoffs last year.
So which 10 do you keep? I have my initial 10 in bold underline but am looking for opinions. THANKS AND WHIR

Those choices are spot-on. I would maybe consider Wieters over Montero, since you know Wieters will always be a catcher and he has a much better place to bat in (BAL/AL East in general), but that's personal preference. Montero will be a C this season, and he will hit.

Thanks. I actually have no choice between Wieters and Montero. I updated the intro to my post so its hopefully a bit clearer but we have to keep both our minor leaguers that we had in those spots at the end of last season. For me it was Montero and Jennings so I have no choice with those 2 pics. Wish I could keep Wieters though... Thanks again
Great team. I like you 10 choices quite a bit. The only other options I would throw out there just for kicks: Wieters over Axford.
Don't get me wrong, I love Axford, but I also really like Wieters for 2012. I don't think you could go wrong either way, but I would at least give serious thought to Wieters over Axford due to position scarcity and the fact that you can often grab plenty of saves through in-season moves. If you think you can redraft Wieters (or better), than stick with Axford. I think Wieters continues to progress, and maybe even turns a big corner this year.

I was thinking this as well. Hard for me to give up on Wieters, as I think he is primed for a nice step forward this year. Add in that the Brewers aren't going to be as good and I think Axford takes a step back or at least in the saves department. So maybe I am still leaning towards Wieters over Axford even if you have Montero. One of them could be good trade bait.
