I'm sorry, I have Castro and have trade offers for Lawrie and Hosmer.. The other guys listed are players on my team besides Castro. I could have Lawrie or Hosmer if I trade Castro for them.. I'm just scared to trade Castro because his position is so scarce and he's already proved himself and only getting better.
Hosmer, without a doubt. I think he is going to end up being absolutely special. Castro is good, but Hosmer's upside is great. Plus, I believe in Cozart being a capable player, and a solid fill in at your SS.
you already have Rizzo who I see doing good things in Wrigley, and Belt who I am not tottaly sold on yet, and Kung Fu Panda at 3rd so no real need for Lawrie (unless you can trade Panda/Belt/Cozart for Lawrie/Hosmer then do that and keep Castro) but I would keep Castro other trading for one of Lawrie/Hosmer (unless you can get both)
I think you are correct in your thinking. SS is a very weak position. Think about all the 1b and 3b that compare to Hosmer/Lawrie and then think about all the shortstops out there. Castro is your man and that is coming from a Cardinals fan.

Scarcity is so overblown. It's not like he's Tulo. Take the better player.
