How does my Pitching staff fair to the top staffs in my league? Best in the league? Deepest? Should I explore shopping someone to improve my bats?

I'd say you have the best staff in the league. Teams 7 and 10 are also up there. I'd be looking to deal Hellickson or Vogelsong for an upgrade elsewhere.

Hellickson, V-song, Nolasco, Anderson, Matusz are all on my short list to trade before spring training. What holes should I target. See sig below...

Your only real holes are at C and 2B. If you could upgrade either of those you'll be in pretty good shape imo.

Who is Coles? I'm confused there. I agree 7 and 10 are both good (depending on who Coles is...I keep thinking wide receiver Laveranaus Coles), and team 3 could be up there. I think yours is the most stable, but it doesn't QUITE have the upside of one or two others. I'd still call it #1.

I would like to get either Jesus Montero or Ackley. Would Hellickson straight up land Ackley? I'm sure I'd have to package something else up for Montero..

I should also mention Montero and Ackley are on team 4, which imo could use some pitching upgrades. I doubt I'll land Montero as he just lost VMart for the season, but seriously thinking about trading Hellickson for Ackley. He also has B.Phillips who I could target as well..
