I'd pass. I think Hart is a tad more valuable, but you need pitching and adding Hart would fill your OF + DH spot.

Hudson ($11) and Swisher ($8) for Reyes ($20)

I'd probably pass. You already have Andrus, who should be comparable to Reyes but carries less injury risk. I'd rather just keep Andrus than deal for Reyes.
