I think SP, RP, and any hitter should be your route. It seems you're going reliever first, and I would consider Pestano. He was good when he pitched last season, and Chris PeErez is a shaky closer. He could get several save chances in 2012, to the extent he might take the closer job at some point. I would probably give Melancon the next nod.
For starters, you have several options as well. I know I liked having Baker last season, but I can also say I don't totally trust him. I would go with Jaime Garcia over any of them. After him, I'd rank them McCarthy, Chacin, Lewis, Baker, Buchholz, Masterson, Ogando.
On offense, it is better to fill MI than OF, unless the OF talent is definitively better. That appears to be the case, as Beckham is probably the only guy with real upside (and we don't know WHAT is going to happen with him), though Roberts could potentially turn it around (though Sidney Crosby and Justin Morneau are examples of why I don't trust that). I would say grab Melky as well--he was 24th in Yahoo rankings last season, and I will be personally targeting him in free agency. Quentin might be my next guy, followed by Beckham. After those two, it all looks alike, so I'd grab Beckham.
As to when to take which guy? I would take Garcia first, then Cabrera, then Pestano. I choose that because holds are all over the board. You'll never have trouble getting them, so fill the shallower spots first.

Closer in Oakland - will end up being either Joey Devine or Fautino de los Santos (if they did not sign anyone?)
It won't be Crain in CWS closing, someone else: Addison Reed - he's the closer of the future for CWS and he won't be losing that spot ANY time soon. He's another speculative player to watch for.
For MRP I would target Reed, Jansen, any of these I mentioned
DO NOT TAKE A MRP until you have other needs filled!!!!!
Other CRP of note: Brandon Lyon (might he be available after being hurt and kinda under the radar) Ryan Madson Rafael Betancourt Rex Brothers Matt Capps (least he's a closer even if it ain't a good one)
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!
I haven't seen much mention of Justin Masterson in any of the replies. If he was available to me that deep in a draft, I'd jump all over the opportunity.
