Daily Yahoo H2H points league. Help me stop streaming?

What would be the best way to set up the pitching rosters (currently SP, SP, RP, RP, P, P, P, P) with this scoring format and what would be the best option to reduce streaming? I don't see that Yahoo offers a maximum innings limit per week.

Discussed in many threads here, our preferred means of reducing streaming is to configure your league to use Max Adds Per Week.

What would be the best number to set the max at per week/season? Also, is SP,SP,RP,RP,P,P,P,P too much for this scoring system?

I like to use a max of 5 adds per week.

I doubt there is a best number, but I think most leagues gravitate towards 3-5. Enough so that you can make normal roster moves, adjust to injury, mine for prospects, etc. etc., but not so many that you can just drop pitchers to churn.
