Weighted Draft Lottery

Hi. I'm looking to do a weighted draft lottery in a 16 team league where the team with the worst record would get the best chance of getting the selection and the the team that won the title would have the least chance. Any ideas on how to do this? Is there a site/software online that will randomly generate this for me? I would prefer to not have to simply put pieces of paper in a hat and pick a winner this way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I've used draftpicklottery.com. It works well.

Another thing you can use (though that looks great) for just a random but odds in favor is

http://www.random.org/lists/

Say if you have 3 teams in a lottery, youd enter something like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

Team 1 has 1-6
Team 2 has 8,9
Team 3 has 10

still random but the worse team has better odds at hitting.

All of these suggestions are awesome. I would say that the only concern I've received from my league was the fact that neither of these sites sends out an email after the randomization. But all things considered I think that is a relatively small concern
