Those are his numbers from last year, his first. So, will he be Valverde's setup man with Mantei going on the DL? What's his story? Nice ERA and WHIP. Nice BAA, 2-1 K/BB, 10 wins last year. I know nothing about him bu it seems I heard some good things about him when I was making my draft lists 6 weeks ago.

I drfted him in a holds league along with RP's Nen, Riske, Valverde, Donnelly and Bradford. I guess I'm just trying to figure out his value compared to the others taking injuries and all into account. I rate them something like this:

Riske-Healthy,good, but unproven closer. Jimenez next in line.
Valverde-Could be lights out. Has the closer job with Mantei going on DL.
Donnelly-Perhaps the best MR in the game. Nose injury could keep him out a month+.
Nen-Don't know why I drafted him. Who the hell knows what he'll do.
Bradford-Good MR guy now? Hopefully Expos giver him a closing opp. soon. He IS their future.

He's had some elbow problems this off-season (it's your fault, Brenly!), so he's just now getting to throw in some games. If he's healthy, he and Koplove would be the main RHP set-up men for Valverde.
