May ... as a prospect his career could go in a number of directions. If it's good for him, it's good for you. With Bastardo you know what he is and there isn't much growth there as a MR who vultures a couple saves.

He has a minor league K/9 of 12, if he even keeps 9 of that in the bigs he'll be a person of interest.

With the Papelbon signing, the only way Bastardo becomes closer is through injury or trade. Cool name though

Who knows with May. If you are buying these cards as an investment then buying his card is like buying a lottery ticket.
Bastardo at least has a great name and may have some kitsch value.
If you are buying them for yourself and just to put in your own collection buy the one that you like more ie the player you like more or the one with the better pic.

If you're asking for eventual resale value then the answer is neither. Like Mookie said, it's like buying a lotto ticket. If you're buying for your own personal enjoyment/collection, then it's whichever guy you like better.

Personally I would make sure it's an on card autograph, Not a fan of sticker autos if I can help it.
