I don't think you can actually draft Kazmir since he isn't in the yahoo database.

Per our rules, this is correct. I was just updating the draft results in Yahoo and noticed he was absent. BL, you'll have to repick.

I just checked and he shows up. Did he just get added or is something wrong. I'll keep him if I can

He was just added this morning. If you go to the Players tab in Yahoo and click MLB Roster Changes, he shows up as added today.

I don't have a problem with you keeping him.

Yeah I don't have a problem either. I was thinking of drafting him but it wasn't last pick, it was next pick.

Because I find it amusing to do in most of my leagues, I've put everyone's rosters into the rudimentary War Room spreadsheet that they've been offering on Razzball for the last few years. Based on their numbers, we have some projected standings.

I used only everyone's starters on offense, as well as everyone's best 6 SPs and 3 RPs. For players not included in their projections, I used that player's consensus projections from Fantasypros.



It's obviously not close to perfect with the IP/AB variability that this does not account for, and ties in categories do not appear to split the points correctly, but it's fun nonetheless.

3rd place? Not bad... I think I remember you posting something like this last year that said I would do badly and yeah, I was pretty terrible. I actually feel pretty good about my new team so hopefully it's accurate for me again this year. Thanks for projections, always fun to look at.

No problem. I assumed with how much enjoyment I get over things like this, there has to be at least a few people who find it amusing. Hell, I may put up a post-draft questionnaire, asking people about their predictions, reaches, steals, etc. That type of stuff just gives me a chub.

I'm also surprised it puts me in 2nd. I assumed there would be quite a few misses according to their projections considering how boom/bust my team is beyond my 3 best players. I assumed any projection system would end up with my team in the middle somewhere. Here's hoping it works out like it did last year. Too bad it has RBV repeating.

I like seeing this stuff too. I don't put much stock into it at all but it is still fun to see.
