Fade, yes I was on spring break. Spent the week in the Bahamas and it was great. Sorry to hear you spent yours writing a dissertation, but I hope it turned out ok?

I don't think that should be a problem for me, but just near in mind my 2am to 6am is different to yours!

I try to use the PM help overnight anyway, though, so hopefully should be able to make picks.

PS V jealous about Bahamas! And you guys are students, right? How the hell can you afford that?! Over here, students end up with about £20k+ debt. And that's without holidays in the Bahamas...

Honestly, I hate suspending the clock. There's always problems with time zones and I'd rather keep it simple. If we did 6 hours plus a suspended clock for 6 hours, it's essentially the same thing as an 8 hour clock as it guarantees 3 picks in a day. I'd prefer to do just a straight 6 or 8 hour clock.

I'm a graduate student working on a PhD, and work during the day as well. I can't afford, nor do I have the time, to do something like that. Luckily I'll emerge with no student loan debt at all, but I definitely can sympathize with those who do.

But with that, we're moving to a straight 6 hour clock. For those worried about overnight hours, make sure that you PM someone before you go to bed if you're pick is near - and we'll have no problems.

I have to wake daily at 5 a.m. during weekdays, so I'm generally not around past 11 p.m. So for those wanting to send picks overnight, maybe someone here who is a night-owl can make their volunteer and make their presence known.

I'm the obvious one (particularly during the week) to send overnight picks too, I would think! I'll usually be around from 7am UK time (2am EST, I think?). At weekends I might be a bit later up, and sometimes not so much around computer.

This weekend should be around enough though...
