I'd say Gordon who is capable of swiping 40+ bags for the next 5 years. That and 2nd base tends to be deeper than SS

Kipnis.

I don't think Gordon will be very useful in fantasy formats. Good speed but no power and I don't think the AVG will be very good. Unless he can learn to take walks and some how hits .280 at the top of the lineup then I think Kipnis is your guy. Kipnis has decent speed, decent power just a good MLB player. I don't think he will ever be at the top of his position but he can be easily top 10 and maybe top 5.
