Yes, this is much more reasonable. You wouldn't be trading away all of your picks so you would still have a good chance of drafting a guy who could become a decent keeper for you. And if you aren't in it to win it in 2012, upgrading your keeper list is fine.

Update on this. I provided the revised trade and it was rejected. The guy ended up getting this for Fielder:

The guy is trying to ransack you. See if you can find another trade partner for a solid upgrade at keeper to either get a better deal or to bounce off of this rabid manager you're dealing with.

He's really giving you the shaft here. I wouldn't counter anymore until he decides to come closer to a fair price. I'd just send a polite email stating that you guys a VERY far apart and that you need to concentrate on trading a good pick or two elsewhere to get a fairer price on keeper upgrade. Be courteous and say you just can't afford to waste too much time seeing the gap is so huge. If he wants a couple of your picks instead of seeing them go to someone else he'll make a decent proposal (those suggested on page 1 are fair). If he doesn't come around it's his loss not yours.

With only 4 keepers, and Espinosa as one of them, you need to trade some picks for a legit keeper.

Let me explain, he just traded Fielder to someone else and that is what he got in compensation.
