Thanks for the insight everyone. Sometimes it's nice to step back and have another look at things and it seems everyone supports my initial feel on this. The move is Kemp, Cano and Wainwright, deal Hudson or any of the others some sucker may want.

Agreed. But don't just trade them for anything. If it nets you a nice pick back go for it, but I wouldn't accept an 18th rounder or something for him. Throw him back and expand the list of available players meaning better players fall to you.
