Guys I would specifically target-
CA- Carlos Santana - 34.58 (3)

- Good young catcher, highest upside at the position
SP- David Price - 50.32 (3)

- Young and could still be improving
1B- Paul Konerko - 50.70 (3)
2B- Dan Uggla - 52.95 (3)
CA- Brian McCann - 60.10 (4)

- A little older than Carlos, but good and plays a shallow position
SP- James Shields - 60.72 (4)
SS- Asdrubal Cabrera - 61.00 (4)

- Not a bad target for SS in a 16 team league
2B- Chase Utley - 61.84 (4)
CL- Craig Kimbrel - 69.37 (5)
OF- Alex Gordon - 69.41 (5)
3B/1B- Kevin Youkilis - 78.96 (5)
OF- Adam Jones - 85.19 (6)

- Mentioned in an earlier post
CL- Drew Storen - 97.13 (6)
SP- Mat Latos - 100.18 (6)

- Could be extremely good, the move to CIN helps, still young
CL- Mariano Rivera - 101.76 (6)
OF- Jayson Werth - 103.14 (7)
SP- Adam Wainwright - 105.53 (7)

- Great bounce-back candidate, good trade value
OF- Andre Ethier - 106.56 (7)
OF- Brett Gardner - 108.47 (7)
OF- Drew Stubbs - 110.01 (7)
SP- Gio Gonzalez - 110.91 (7)

- Like Latos, should improve with a scenery change, still young
OF- Ichiro Suzuki - 116.89 (7)
SP- Brandon Beachy - 120.33 (8)

- Excellent young arm
CL- Brian Wilson - 129.84 (8)
SS- Jhonny Peralta - 135.65 (9)
CL- Heath Bell - 139.52 (9)
SP- Max Scherzer - 141.36 (9)
SS- Erick Aybar - 142.01 (9)
1B/OF- Logan Morrison - 150.28 (10)

- Could improve, but could probably get back in the draft
3B/2B- Ryan Roberts - 156.33 (10)
3B/OF- Martin Prado - 157.32 (10)
OF- Torii Hunter - 160.03 (10)
CL- Jordan Walden - 168.98 (11)
SP- Doug Fister - 169.78 (11)
OF- Carlos Quentin - 195.57 (13)
CL- Chris Perez - 197.57 (13)
1B/OF- Brandon Belt - 200.12 (14)

- High upside IMO, but could be had in the draft
SP- Jhoulys Chacin - 206.88 (14)
Essentially, I would target some of the younger, high upside arms (Price, Latos, Gonzalez, Beachy) and hitters (Jones, Cabrera, Santana, McCann). That and go after guys like Shields, who have good trade value and can be moved for other guys.
