Im trying to decide between Archie Bradley and Bubba Starling.. Who would you rather have long term?

Close, but I like Starling's potential more long term.

I would also take Starling in this case. If Starling is able to reach his potential you are talking about a 30-30 CF which is pretty special and with power becoming more scarce each year with the absence of PED's it's even more important. Starling does carry a good deal of risk as toolsy players like him have failed in the past (Donavon Tate) but some have panned out (Mike Trout). I typically favor hitters as I feel their risk of injury is lesser than that of a pitcher (rotator cuff, tj surgery, shoulder issues, etc.).

I also like Bradley who has a very high ceiling as a pitcher and could understand why some may prefer him. I still go for Starling. Good luck!

Bubba for sure. Unless it's a Moore or Strasburg I always go with the potential 30-30 player over a pitcher.

Thanks guys.. The guy that picked in front of me said he was going to take Hultzen but he decided to go with Starling.. Now Im deciding between Hultzen and Bradley.. Im leaning towards taking Bradley..

Really like Bradley's delivery and scouting report. Hultzen is probably safer because he's closer but I hate that cross the body delivery. I actually like the 2 HS arm better than all the college pitchers not named Bauer.

The answer is now ABradley. I always want to swing for upside in prospects and ABradley has a ton of it. Superstars win leagues and Bradley has #1 SP potential.

I assume Lindor's gone? I'd prefer him over a HS pitcher.

If Bauer Cole and Bundy are gone I'd take Bradley.
