I would also take Starling in this case. If Starling is able to reach his potential you are talking about a 30-30 CF which is pretty special and with power becoming more scarce each year with the absence of PED's it's even more important. Starling does carry a good deal of risk as toolsy players like him have failed in the past (Donavon Tate) but some have panned out (Mike Trout). I typically favor hitters as I feel their risk of injury is lesser than that of a pitcher (rotator cuff, tj surgery, shoulder issues, etc.).
I also like Bradley who has a very high ceiling as a pitcher and could understand why some may prefer him. I still go for Starling. Good luck!
