No to the trade for sure.

From your list I would drop Kinsler/Pence.

As others have mentioned, try and make a deal to consolidate your keepers. Try a combination of Kinsler/Pence/Tex/Cargo for a Cano/MCab/Bautista type.

It seems like I am the only one high on kinsler.... But I would toss back tex and pence. If you don't have cano, you want pedroia or kinsler. 1b is deep and tex is on the decline. Kinsler is an injury risk for sure, but his upside is crazy.




bTW, the trade is an easy no for me. A very easy no.

FWIW a 'declining' Tex hit 39 HR last year. I'll take that all day.

He also had 90 runs and 111 RBI and 4 steals.


I guess kinsler only had 32 hr, 121 runs and 77 RBI ohh and 30 steals. My bad.

It was the first time he had managed to stay off the DL. He didn't shock anyone. When he's healthy that's how he produces. Problem is expecting him to be so is a fool's game.
