I love laying on the couch on a snowy afternoon and reading and looking forward to spring with the mag in hand (cant do that with the laptop etc just doesnt work the same). Once season gets closer all those mags are recycled and its all online "prep".
and to clarify I love buying the non fantasy baseball mags too, like the Sporting News regular ("real life" if not "fantasy") preview for the same reasons.
I feel bad for the folks who are still living and dying with the mags ONLY as like a bible. hell im in a league (going since 81) where one guy drafts still from the USA Today or whatever newspaper. And not like the USA Today FB guide..the actual newspaper from the day before using boxscores.
Good times!
p.s. if you do keep these things around its always a fun time to toss out a prior years book at the draft when someone goes looking for one hah

Jay who? J35J's or someone else?
J35J's ftw.
Is he doing one this year?

He is. Hoping to have version 1 out this weekend or soon thereafter.

The Fantasy Baseball Guide Professional Edition due out in Mid February is the best baseball magazine BY FAR. It's the only mag I buy. It's player capsules can not be rivaled by any other mag. Too bad it comes out so late so this year.
