What are some thought on Robbie Erlin? Solid number two or serviceable middle of the rotation arm?

Midrotation guy, stuff is not there. Mostly a pitchability guy.

88-90 mph fastball, two average/above average secondary pitches. Left hander with pinpoint control, which is already his calling card. Petco helps as he'll be allowed to miss a spot or three. No. 3 upside, tops. Looking at him for my NL-Only, but he has to be considered suspect for mix leagues I would think. This is all off the top of my head though.
