Looking for H2H Points League

Around the $60 - $100 range. With many categories. H2H points only. 12-16 teams preferably. Hardcore players league only - I hate players that forget putting in a lineup for the week, leave injured players in, or draft crappy players because they are a "casual" fantasy player and are not knowledgeable...etc. I am definitely hardcore, and a very active participant. Straight snake draft preferable (not an auction). In the old league I ran (unfortunately soon to be defunct since some of our players have family obligations)- we divided it into three games a week- pitching, offense and total. The CBS website can piece this out. We've always used CBS. Or maybe playing more than one team a week, so you don't get stuck playing the high scorer every week and losing that one game.
