Whoa now, let's not get fundamental religion level crazy in here.
Here's the pitch on the way, a swing and a belt! Left field! Way back! BLUE JAYS WIN!

1) Everyone "in the know" knows that it is spelled S-t-r-a-s-b-u-r-g 2) everyone "in the know" says this is the cubs year. 3) Everyone "in the know" KNOWS that matt wieters is the 2nd coming of johnny Bench
all joking aside, I have never before even heard this suggested. I would love if you could link us to an article or tweet or something.. or possibly just give us a hint on who these people "in the know" are..
I've read a prospector saying that Moore can be this year's Strasburg. But as with all rookies it's not difficult for hype to a little out of control. Matt Moore is down at 121 in Rookie's MDP. And I will definitely draft him before that. It will be interesting to see how high that climb's before draft day. I'm guessing he'll climb into the 70-80 range.

Let's be real, if he hits 180 IP I will be shocked. Rookies always have innings limits, and there first full season seldom goes over 160.
So to put this is fantasy terms, they have to be some seriously elite innings to justify taking him before the 7th, IMHO.
You are not talking about a guy that has been babied the last 2 years though by being shut down or threw in the bullpen. He threw 145 innings in 2010 and 175 innings in 2011. The Rays want to keep him in that 200ish range and not let him hit the Shields 245 innings mark. I imagine the Rays will hold him in the 180-190 range for the regular season, so if they are in the playoffs, they can use him the entire run.
