New 20 team dynasty league with deep minors

New dynasty league beginning. Here are some of the facts:

-20 teams
-H2H - 10 Scoring Categories
-Teams will consist of 40 man roster and a minor league system with a maximum of 210 players.
-The inaugural season will have a 40 round major league player dispersal draft, followed by an 80 round minor league minor league player draft
-In future years there will be two drafts: A First Year Player Draft (amateur draft) and a minor league free agent draft (for minor leaguers not on any team)
-Salary Cap league


The goal of this league is to simulate being a GM of a MLB team. You must have a good knowledge of prospects or be willing to learn.
