Before I post a final roster I have three questions:
How do I get my roster back up to 26? I don't see anything about a draft so I assume by waiver process?
Are there inning limits for SP?
Since it's Yahoo I'll assume I can see points breakdown or position eligibility unless someone jotted it down?

What TD said, and it looks like the team you're taking over has 26 players on its MLB roster right now, and since Moustakas is no longer rookie-eligible that would make 27 players from which to draw your final 26.

All the Yahoo league settings should be in the League Constitution thread.

Position eligibility is according to Yahoo's rules, which is usually 5 games started, and/or 10 games played at a position in the previous year.

Constitution doesn't say anything about pitching limits, just minimum inn./week in order to qualify to score(?).
It's OK, I should be able to get where I need to go with a roster. Couple of guys to get rid of.

Sorry, there are no limits on innings as you surmised.

EDIT: I wouldn't be opposed at all to introducing limits on IP to prevent streaming, especially during the playoffs. What do you guys think?

I'm not opposed to a happy medium solution, and I know I've participated in some reactionary playoff streaming in past years, but 40 IP is WAY too low IMO. That's like 4-5 starts and a handful of relief appearances on average ...
