I wouldn't bail so quickly. I sure don't mind adding some constraints to stop overt streaming. I stream pitching occasionally, but honestly, during the regular season and due to the depth of our rosters, it bites me in the butt more often than helps me. The playoffs are the main reason to add some constraints, IMO. Streaming is a big issue then.
Since adding a limit to the number of moves during the season wouldn't be a fair option at this point, how about we add a limit to the number of weekly moves which Yahoo now allows? The only downside to this is farm movement, since Yahoo doesn't support farm teams, but 3-4 moves per week should allow enough farm movement plus allow pickups when necessary.
Also, this would probably only significantly affect one league member [ahem]. The rest of you guys wouldn't even notice the difference.
