24 team H2H Pts league w/ deep minors...

I'm starting a 24 team league with H2H pts format.

scoring format spawned from "ottoneu" format on fangraphs, but with a small tweak. the league is 12 AL and 12 NL teams, with no inter-league play. 3 division winners and 1 wildcard make playoffs from each league. This is a salary/contract league with an snake draft on a message board to fill max 40 man minors. Salary cap is $175, $20 for minors ($0.5 per spec) with arbitration, franchise tags, restricted free agents, team options and scaled promotions for rookies based on BA rankings. League will be hosted on Fantrax. This will be a $52.50 buy in league. $2.50 for league dues to pay for Fantrax and $50 goes towards pay out structure. **Commissioner doesn't pocket any of the prize pool**

Highly active, knowledgeable and dedicated managers are needed to fill this year round league.
