Good move for Gio as well. Gets away from the Rangers and the Angels. Now has to face the big hitters for the Braves, Mets, Phillies and Marlins.

The A's are going to look very interesting in a few years.

Cahill's overrated then. However this is an amazing trade for the A's. WOW!

The A's won in this deal IMO, but I like the move for the Nationals too. They will certainly compete this year, and this deal sets the table for 2013+

They have a very solid group of youngsters in Strasburg, Geo, and Zimmerman. All of these guys could be #1 or #2 type SP. Zimmerman playing a whole season at 3B would help tremendously as well. Now they only need Werth to step it up...
