Should the Red Sox spend money on a short term fix like Oswald or Kuroda, trade prospects for Garza or Gio, or hope Bard and Acheves can both pan out as starters?

I am all in favor of signing a verteran like oswalt, but I think that we can all agree that they need a couple more bullpen arms first, especially if they are moving bard to the pen
