i disagree that you should trade a hitter for a starter. i think you have a solid top three in jzim, hamels, and price. i see krod as essentially waiver fodder at this point. i don't think j santana will help you this season. hanson is a HUGE if, but a worthwhile gamble. if you can find another good starter to add, fine. if not, i'd wait and see how things go the first month, then adjust as needed.

Agreed that this is a great team and stacked offense for a 14-teamer. Generally very little holes except a bit at OF. You can make some trades now, but you have enough potential in your pitching to get going a bit this season and determine whether you need to trade or not. I agree that Johan is not likely to give you anything besides headaches, however he's an ok gamble with 14 teams.

Your hitting is top notch, and I don't think your pitching is as weak as they are saying. You have some legit top end starting pitchers in price and Hamels, even if you don't have that Halladay or Kershaw type guy. Can you trade Billy Butler for a decent sp? I would rather see you hang on to both your stud 1b's if you can
