Looking for $ League

Hey guys...I'm looking for a money league to get into for this upcoming baseball season. My ideal league would be as follows:

-AL/NL Players
-H2H Matchups
-Keeper League
-No more than 12 players in league
-Live Online Draft
-Weekly Lineups

I am pretty flexible with money but I am mostly looking for the league to be very active.

Please PM me if you know of any leagues that are remotely close to the one I described
