Every season, I keep an ongoing list on the desktop of my computer where I note the names of players who are performing well, or who appear to be on the verge of breaking out or moving to a higher level. I do this because I tend to forget about many of these guys during the off-season, if I don't write them down. I find that the list comes in very handy when it comes time to draft, to use as sort of my go-to players I'd like to land list.
Of course, some of these names will seem obvious to some, but I thought I would go ahead and post it here, and see if anyone wants to add any names.
Danny Espinosa Mike Stanton Jorge DeLaRosa Brandon Belt Freddy Freeman Mark Trumbo Eric Hosmer Brandon Morrow Mike Napoli Adam Jones Jeremy Hellickson Madison Bumgarner Mike Trout Desmond Jennings Mark Trumbo Dustin Ackley

HA! Trumbo: You're right... like I said, I keep this list throughout the year, and just add names as they occur to me, or as I start notcing them getting mentioned in highlights more and more.
I agree that Kipnis is one to add. And so I just did!
I'm going to be keeping an eye on Drew Pomeranz. Also, assuming that the Yankees don't add another starter, I'll be watching Hector Noesi this spring as well.

I'm curious to know how the TJ surgery will impact his power potential, but you have to love the park and the lineup. I could see something like 0.275, 12 HR, 50-60 RBI, 70-80 runs, 15-20 steals.
