Probably true, but when I want facts, I doubt Jon Stewart cracks the top 1000 as a source of such things.

Yes and no.

You need to read all three sides of a story to get a full picture.

Google Reader gives me that in spades.

And just to clarify. This is true with any story. Not just politics. I come across this all the time with baseball stories. Scribes only give you bits of information, and a whole bunch of backstory. It's by design. You have to read two or three other sources about the same subject just to find that yes, the first scribe did quote the manager out of context.

The last place I'd look for facts is from a comedian. A comedian who readily admits he tilts one way or another. You don't see people quoting Dennis Miller, and he is just as funny and smart as Stewart.

Jon Stewart knows what's up. He's no dummy.
