Jeff Kent = 30+ HR

I have Kent on a majority of my teams. I was looking over his stats and I saw something that caught my eye

Jeff Kent HR

1997: 29 HR
1998: 31 HR
1999: 23 HR
2000: 33 HR
2001: 22 HR
2002: 37 HR
2003: 22 HR

2004: ?? HR

If you didnt see it, well Kent seems to have a pattern for the last 6 years of hitting 20+ homers in odd years and 30+ homers in even years. So wut does this mean, well he hit 37 in pac bell in 2002. Playing in the homerdome and this being an even year.

Jeff Kent got to hit 30+ HR. I have no doubts. And I think he may finish the 2004 season ahead of Boone. Boone was not very good down the stretch last season and I don't see him stealing another 16 bags.

I dont know about odd #/even # but I like KEnt to jack out 30 no matter waht # year it is.

but those trends are freaky & do seem to work, its a whacky world

30 + in even years....-30 in odd years...and I just drafted him....I am voting for the 30+..... :-)

I have him penciled in for 27...but I'll take that.... :-D

Kent is a good bet to hit 30

Wouldn't surprise me in the least for Kent to hit 30+ homers this year. :-)
