Definitely keep Bumgarner over Kennedy. Better pitcher in a better park.
With the final spot i'd decide between Youk and Gordon based on what you think will be more readily available in the draft - 3B or OF. Keep in mind that Youk should not be counted on to provide more than 500 AB's and his skill level is also in decline.

Note: I have Buster Posey already kept as a minor leaguer which makes Napoli less attractive

you should try to move Napoli if possible, or Posey really. you could obviously get more in return for Posey based on his perception but guessing youd rather hold him
