Has anybody ever had issues with it? I ordered a 1st gen Ipad last Friday and within an hour the seller notified Amazon they had shipped it. I thought that was weird because it was 1am but with electronic shipping I suppose that's normal. Looked it up on USPS and it was shipped priority so I was pretty happy I'd get it in 2-3 business days. Well it's been a week and the original shipping status hasn't changed from "Left seller facility". The worst part is, I can't file a claim against them until the 28th of October. Googling the seller didn't make me feel better, a lot of sites about buying foreclosures, other Apple products and one site where they are selling diet pills. So, it feels like I gave somebody a $325 dollar loan. I wrote an email to Amazon but I have a feeling they are going to say I have to wait it out. I'm not very happy.
don't worry, amazon will uphold their A-Z guarantee and will take care of any problems the marketplace merchant causes. i've done business on marketplace and amazon will do whatever they need to do to make the customers happy. if they ran off with your money, amazon will make sure you get it back.
